Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: Folate (Calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, Metafolin) 1000 mcg. Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Purified water, Hypo-allergenic plant cellulose.
Directions
