The Optimal Human Protocol

We believe numbers don’t lie – your health can be measured. Turning your health into a game of data and results can help make it fun, competitive with your spouse or friends, increase motivation and track process.

Step One

  • Order an at home DNA Test for genetic testing and methylation results
  • Order an at home Blood Test to see your current biomarker levels
  • Set your goals and timeline for the next 90 days
  • Detox and Preparation
    • Start with a 24 -72 hour water fast to kick off your health journey
    • Ensure you are drinking enough water and following the diet recommendations below
    • Consider purchasing a detox or cleanse kit which could include heavy metals, parasites and liver support supplement programs

Step Two

  • Start a base supplement program
    • Methylated vitamin
    • Vitamin D
    • Magnesium
    • Omega 3’s
    • Probiotic
  • Diet optimization
    • Focus on getting processed foods out of your diet
    • Focus on real foods meaning foods with 1 ingredient
    • Increase protein intake (beef, chicken, fish, eggs, yogurt)
    • Switch to organic where you can
    • Avoid non-organic flours, grains, rice products
  • Lifestyle optimization
    • Drink filtered water
    • Get an air filter for your home
    • Stop using chemicals and toxins, some easy places to start include fragrances, candles, cleaners, deodorant and soap
  • Bio-hacking protocols
    • Get outside for 30 minutes a day or at a minimum get 15 minutes of sunlight preferably first thing in the morning
    • Get grounded – touch the surface of the earth with your bare feet, or opt to purchase a grounding bedsheet or PEMF matt
    • Take a cold shower or bath 3-4 times per week

Step Three

  • Receive your DNA test results
    • Your DNA test will give you results and recommendations, the most important factor to look at and implement is your methylation genes
  • Receive your Blood Test results
    • Your blood test will give you your results and recommendations to optimize your biomarkers. “Bio-hacker” mode is where we will want to optimize over the next few months
  • Reexamine your supplements and diet to ensure you are capturing the recommended changes within both test results
  • Remember that this is a journey and you just got your starting point, the excitement lies ahead as we help you optimize your health!

Step Four

  • Relook at your goal setting – see your progress to date.
    • Reestablish your goals for the next 90 days
  • Recalibrate on a quarterly basis based on client feedback and testing
    • Track how you feel, what foods work, what supplements seem to make a difference
